If you have a Law Degree that brings solidity and legal knowledge to our team, it is a great start.
If you have at least 4 years of experience in General Liability claims or technical and specialized lines, you will feel right at home.
Your ability to connect with people and build good relationships will be key to success in this role.
You will be able to mediate in the resolution of complex claims, helping to find common ground and effective solutions in claim resolution with the client and the broker.
Your ability to analyze situations and propose solutions will be fundamental in our day-to-day operations.

What you'll do

You will manage claims from international and domestic programs in financial lines, D&O, cyber, and professional indemnity.
You will maintain continuous and fluid contact with colleagues and/or partners from other countries.
You will liaise with Brokers, clients, and loss adjusters to resolve claims, implement strategies, and participate in negotiations.
You will show initiative in proposing effective solutions and in coordinating all parties involved.
You will participate in periodic meetings with the Underwriting Teams, offering technical support regarding the claims you manage.
You will prepare internal reports explaining the claim and the recommended strategies.
You will have direct communication with assigned Providers—lawyers and loss adjusters—to decide on the best strategy in defense of the Company's interests.
You will participate in the Training Plans developed by the Team, whether at an internal level, or for Brokers or clients.
You will participate in the development of claim handling protocols
