Underwriting Manager - Property/Energy

We are looking for an International Subscription Manager to join the Property and Energy Onshore team, working for new and existing clients, collaborating with the account underwriter to carry out all subscription processes for assigned accounts including quotations, loss analysis, risk quality management, etc.

• Manage the client portfolio by attending to all necessary account movements, whether they be issuances, endorsements, certificates, regularizations, etc.
• Ensure that the implementation of international programs is carried out with quality and in compliance with established metrics.
• Administer the reinsurance and co-insurance of the managed accounts.
• Support underwriters in all underwriting tasks for new business and renewals.

At this point, you might be wondering: How do I know if I'm a good fit?

Don't worry—I'm not going to ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements.

• High level of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• High knowledge of Excel and other office tools is essential.
• Valuable experience in a similar position or experience in subscription management.
• Valuable knowledge in Property and Energy.
• Valuable academic background: higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Sciences, or Engineering. Other higher education studies are also valuable.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Service orientation.
• Proactivity.
