We offer you stability from day one, with a permanent contract, so you can focus on what motivates you.
Our working hours are flexible, and you will have the possibility to work more than 50% of your time remotely.
You will enjoy an additional compensation package, as our model includes a pension plan and meal allowance; you can also request flexible remuneration to access other services such as childcare, transport card, or training support.
You will have up to 30 working days of vacation to disconnect and come back with recharged batteries (including vacation days, personal days, and company holidays). Its objective is to identify, evaluate, monitor, and mitigate operational and digital risks that may affect the achievement of business objectives, operational resilience, and compliance with external and Company regulatory requirements. Its activity contributes to the strengthening of the risk management framework, the protection of information assets, and the continuous improvement of the internal control environment.

Management and supervision of operational and digital risks associated with the company's business processes, technological assets, and ICT services, promoting an effective control environment, operational resilience (knowledge of DORA), and the mitigation of risks that may affect the continuity and achievement of business objectives.

Support for governance, reporting, and coordination activities, including the supervision of risks derived from providers and third parties, as well as the monitoring of regulatory initiatives related to operational risk, digital risk, and operational resilience.

Advising business areas on risk management and controls, promoting a solid risk culture and the continuous improvement of processes and control mechanisms.

The selected person will provide support to Operational and Digital Risk management activities, participating in:

• Identification, analysis, and evaluation of operational and technological risks, as well as assistance in defining action plans and monitoring their implementation.
• Monitoring of risk and control indicators (KRIs and KPIs).
• Management and analysis of operational and technological incidents.
• Support in initiatives related to regulatory compliance.
• Participation in assessments of providers, critical third parties, and Artificial Intelligence and cloud initiatives.
• Preparation of reports for supervisory bodies.
• Interaction and reporting with the Group's Risk Management functions.
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of the risk management framework and the internal control environment.
