• If you have between 3 and 7 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, vendor management, or contract negotiation roles.
• If you have a university or technical degree.
• If you have completed specialized training in Purchasing (CIPS, ISM, CESMA, Kraljic, or similar).
• If you have a fluent level of English, both oral and written.
• If you have participated in sourcing processes, complex tenders, and management of critical suppliers.
• If you have strong analytical skills and feel comfortable working with cost models, benchmarking, KPIs, and market analysis.
• If you enjoy building relationships of trust with different stakeholders and consider yourself a person with influence, results orientation, and a consultative approach.

You will be part of the Procurement team, supporting the various business areas in their purchasing and contracting needs. You will act as a strategic partner, leading sourcing processes, negotiations, and supplier management, contributing to cost optimization, risk mitigation, and the continuous improvement of our methodologies and processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure that purchasing decisions bring maximum value to the business. Some of your main tasks will be:

• You will collaborate closely with business areas to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities, acting as their main point of contact regarding purchasing and sourcing.
• You will manage end-to-end sourcing processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ, and eAuctions), from defining the scope and evaluation criteria to the comparative analysis of proposals and supplier selection.
• You will negotiate commercial, economic, and contractual conditions, identifying opportunities for efficiency, savings, and optimization for the business.
• You will coordinate the review and formalization of contracts alongside Legal, Risk, Security, and Compliance teams, guaranteeing correct traceability and compliance with processes.
• You will manage relationships with strategic suppliers, monitoring KPIs, SLAs, improvement plans, and performance evaluations.
• You will analyze cost structures, rates, and market trends to support decision-making and the purchasing strategy of the assigned categories.
• You will drive digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the evolution of processes, tools, and methodologies within the Procurement area.
