Assistant Technical Architect - Production Manager (Building)

• Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Caminos), Architecture or similar.
• Previous experience in production or site execution, preferably in building construction.
• Knowledge of site planning and management.
• Proficiency in Excel at a basic/intermediate level.
• Knowledge and use of tools such as AutoCAD, BIM, TCQ, Presto, Microsoft Project or similar.
• Regular user of CAD and BIM environments.
• Capacity for organization, monitoring, and problem-solving.
• Proactive, responsible profile oriented toward teamwork.
• Desire to grow professionally and progressively assume greater responsibilities.

• Experience or knowledge in industrialized construction, timber construction, CLT, or prefabricated systems will be especially valued.
• Knowledge of or interest in Lean Construction methodologies.

We are looking to hire a Technical Architect - Production Manager to support the Group Leader in Valencia for the management and execution of industrialized and sustainable construction projects.

The selected person will participate in the monitoring and coordination of the site, providing support in planning, cost control, coordination of teams and subcontractors, quality, and deadline compliance. We are looking for a technical, organized profile with a desire to grow within an innovative and transforming environment.

• Provide support to the Group Leader in the planning, organization, and monitoring of site execution.
• Collaborate in production planning, milestone monitoring, and deadline compliance.
• Coordinate and monitor teams, industrial workers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor work progress and detect possible deviations.
• Participate in the control of quality, costs, and safety on site.
• Support economic monitoring, certifications, measurements, and cost control.
• Participate in the coordination between the different teams involved in the project.
• Use site planning and management tools, as well as BIM digital environments.
• Progressively apply Lean Construction methodologies, such as Last Planner System and Takt Time Planning.
• Collaborate with the Group Leader, Project Manager, and Production team during the different phases of the project.
• Participate in After-sales tasks and project closure
