The role

Currently at 011h, we are looking for a Structural BIM Modeler to join our team.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain in Revit the structural BIM models of multi-family residential buildings, primarily focusing on the concrete structure: foundations, containment, below-grade floors, and ground floor.
Model, when the project requires it, the above-grade timber structure (CLT and glulam) and steel structural elements.
Prepare the graphic documentation for the basic, execution, and construction project phases: foundation plans, floor plans, sections, column schedules, reinforcement, and details.
Develop construction details in AutoCAD, especially the connections between concrete, wood, and steel.
Work in close collaboration with structural engineers, transferring calculation results to the model and ensuring consistency between the model and documentation.
Coordinate the structural model with the architectural and MEP models, detecting and resolving interferences.
Create and maintain parametric families and Revit templates adapted to 011h's construction system and its modeling standards.
Extract measurements and data from the model for budgeting and manufacturing.
Participate in Design and Build projects with multidisciplinary teams, collaborating closely in BIM environments.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's modeling processes and standards.
