What you'll do

In 011h we are looking for a Production Manager to lead and coordinate all production operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and economic efficiency. We are seeking someone capable of leading the production area, driving process optimization projects, and designing solutions that improve productivity and reduce costs.

  • Plan, organize, and direct construction projects during the execution phase.
  • Prevent, control, and resolve situations according to the company's methodology, execution schedule, specifications, and established budgets.
  • Ensure efficient execution by coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Ensure the quality of completed work and all necessary safety requirements.
  • Plan and set management timelines and construction phases, and monitor progress to ensure completion according to the established schedule.
  • Implement the Lean Construction methodology in project execution management, using the company's tools for the Last Planner System and Takt time planning, and collaborate in their development.
  • Coordinate all agents directly involved in on-site work, both internal and external, and collaborate with the Project Manager on all necessary management tasks until the building is completed and delivered.
  • Manage and supervise the post-sales phase of construction.
  • Participate in the weekly economic monitoring of the project, as well as collaborate on partial certifications and the final settlement of completed work units.

What profile are we looking for?
