Junior BIM Architect - Design Manager

• English at a negotiation level will be valued.

We are looking for a BIM Architect - Junior Design Manager - with technical, regulatory, and applied knowledge for housing projects who knows how to develop within the BIM environment to become part of our team.

• They will participate in the building project design team using BIM methodology and tools, with a high degree of industrialization (componentization, DFMA, etc.) using wood as the primary material and with a strong focus on performance, costs, and the execution of the end-to-end process.
• They will participate in the relationship with collaborators (MEP engineering, structures, etc.), clients, administrations, OCT, etc.
• Monitoring the implementation of the culture of sustainability, energy efficiency, and health in projects.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project drafting.
• Minimum experience in using Revit for project design.
• Knowledge of current regulations applied to residential projects in Spain.
• Knowledge of the process for obtaining building licenses and other administrative procedures.
• Accustomed to working with a "functionality and cost" approach.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and client relations.
• Good technical knowledge of traditional construction systems and curiosity about the new industrialized systems emerging in the market.
