The role

ABBA Hoteles Euskalduna is looking for a talented and committed COOK to join our culinary team. We are looking for a person who not only has exceptional culinary skills, but also a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to meeting our hotel chain's standards.

What you'll do

Efficiently prepare and control all assigned culinary preparations.
Control products and supplies, ensuring proper use and minimizing waste.
Communicate to the supervisor any needs for ingredients or materials for the assigned preparations.
Comply with hotel chain standards and ensure their implementation in all daily activities.
Maintain and preserve facilities and work equipment in optimal conditions.
Comply with the HACCP regulations (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
Fill out the HACCP records corresponding to their preparations and assigned shift.
Collaborate in cleaning, collecting, and recycling all waste generated in the kitchen.
Carry out checks at the end of each shift to ensure that the gas is off, the lights are out, and the equipment is turned off.
