You will maintain visual control of perishable and non-perishable products, and you will perform and supervise the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen, cold rooms, and general warehouse. In the absence of the Head Chef, you will assume their duties, and you will collaborate in any other task required by management or the Head Chef.
