What you'll do

We are selecting administrative staff to carry out activities specific to a Personnel Administration department and those related to payroll processes:

Registrations/deregistrations and modifications of employees and companies before organizations such as the TGSS, Inem, Mutuas,
Hiring of workers,
Social security (contribution and affiliation movements),
Preparation of payrolls.
Calculation and regularizations of IRPF
Application of collective agreements
Calculation of arrears

Schedule: M-T-W from 09:00 to 18:00/from 08:00 to 17:00, Th from 09:00 to 19:00/from 08:00 to 18:00 on Biweekly Shifts. F from 08:00 to 15:00.

Intensive working day from July 15th to September 15th from 08:00 to 15:00 h.

Required qualifications

Broad vision of processes related to payroll
Experience in Administration applications such as: Sistema Red (TGSS), Cret@, Contrat@, Delta, Certificad@s.
Knowledge of the Office Suite (Excel) and with solid knowledge of the A3NOM application
