The role

GRUPO IMAN, a company specialized in human resources management and the provision of comprehensive services to companies, is looking to hire a Recruitment Technician to work in our Barcelona offices.

We work to offer solutions adapted to our clients' needs, betting on talent, specialization, and excellence in our services.

On this occasion, we are looking to add a recruitment professional to our team with organizational capacity, candidate orientation, and recruitment skills, who will be in charge of managing selection processes on a continuous basis and maintaining an updated candidate pool to provide an agile response to our clients' hiring needs.

What you'll do

Management of selection processes: Carrying out selection processes for different professional profiles, from the identification of needs to the selection of candidates.

Continuous recruitment: Performing constant searches for candidates to anticipate hiring needs and guarantee talent availability.

Creation and maintenance of candidate pool: Identifying, attracting, and keeping an updated database of potential candidates, performing periodic follow-ups on their availability and interest.

Posting of offers: Drafting and posting job offers on different portals and recruitment channels.

CV screening and interviews: Reviewing applications, conducting telephone and personal interviews, and assessing the suitability of profiles for the offered positions.

Active search for candidates: Using different recruitment sources and tools to attract talent and expand the candidate base.

Follow-up of applications: Maintaining contact with candidates, informing them about the status of their processes, and updating their situation in the database.

Internal coordination: Collaborating with teams and managers from different areas to understand their personnel needs and respond to vacancies.

Database management: Keeping candidate information updated, guaranteeing correct organization and traceability of the selection processes.

Administrative management of selection: Performing the administrative tasks derived from recruitment and selection processes.

How you'll work

Contract type: Permanent, with the possibility of professional development within the company.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 h to 18:00 h, and Fridays, from 9:00 h to 15:00 h.

Remuneration: Based on experience provided.

Location: Barcelona offices.

Start date: Immediate; availability for short-term start will be valued.
