Agentforce Architect

We are looking for an Agentforce Architect with extensive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem to lead the design of enterprise solutions based on Agentforce, Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud / Data 360, and generative artificial intelligence.

The person will be responsible for defining the end-to-end architecture of Agentforce solutions, establishing design principles, integration patterns, data models, agent capabilities, and the technical standards necessary to build scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business needs.

They will work cross-functionally with functional teams, developers, consultants, Salesforce architects, and client stakeholders, providing technical direction and ensuring the global coherence of the solution.

• Lead the definition of the functional and technical architecture of Agentforce solutions.
• Design end-to-end architectures that integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Clouds, Data Cloud / Data 360, APIs, corporate systems, and external services.
• Define the agent strategy, including distribution of responsibilities, Topics, Actions, context, instructions, and interaction mechanisms between components.
• Establish design patterns and principles for agent implementation.
• Determine when to use declarative capabilities such as Flow and when to resort to Apex, APIs, or other extensibility mechanisms.
• Design integration and data access strategies to provide agents with the necessary context.
• Participate in the definition of grounding, retrieval, context, and data utilization patterns by agents.
• Review and validate functional and technical designs carried out by Consultants, Analysts, and Developers.
• Define standards for the use of Prompt Builder, instructions, templates, and components related to generative AI.
• Design testing, observability, traceability, and agent behavior evaluation strategies.
• Identify platform limitations, technical risks, dependencies, and architectural alternatives.
• Lead architecture and design sessions with internal teams and clients.
• Perform technical reviews of implementations and ensure compliance with defined standards.
• Collaborate with other Salesforce, integration, data, security, and cloud architects on complex solutions.
• Stay up to date on the evolution of Agentforce, Salesforce AI, and Data Cloud, evaluating new capabilities and their application in projects.

• Be responsible for the architectural coherence of Agentforce solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable architectures.
• Make design decisions regarding Agentforce, Flow, Apex, integrations, APIs, data, and AI components.
• Define reusable patterns, standards, and best practices for implementation teams.
• Ensure the correct separation of responsibilities between components, agents, and systems.
• Provide technical guidance to Consultants, Developers, and Analysts during the various phases of the project.
• Participate in estimations, technical scope definition, and planning of complex solutions.
• Support troubleshooting processes and the resolution of high-complexity problems.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, reuse, and evolution of solutions.
• Contribute to the development of internal capabilities, accelerators, and assets related to Agentforce.

• Professional English C1 or higher.
• Salesforce certifications in architecture, Agentforce, and Data 360 are highly valued.
