What we're looking for
Essential requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams.
- Generalist cybersecurity profile, with an end-to-end vision and demonstrable depth in at least two or three technical domains.
- Solid knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC): ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ENS, and regulations such as NIS2, DORA, or GDPR.
- Experience in technology architecture and security: Zero Trust, Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP), IAM/PAM, network, endpoint, and data security, and DevSecOps.
- Knowledge of Security Operations and resilience: SOC design and transformation, SIEM/SOAR/XDR, incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
- Ability to translate technical risk into business impact, and to define and lead cybersecurity transformation roadmaps and programs before CISOs, CIOs, and management committees.
- English C1.

Valuable requirements
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
- Experience in OT/ICS security, privacy and data protection, or AI security and the use of generative AI.
- Knowledge of offensive security and validation (pentesting, red/purple teaming, TLPT/TIBER) and post-quantum cryptography.
- Experience in regulated sectors (financial, energy, industry, or public sector) and in the design of Cyber service offers and proposals.
Knowledge and experience in the use of generative AI and AI tools applied to the workplace are required, in line with Accenture's commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Director to drive our Cyber business in Bilbao, leading teams, clients, and strategic cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead strategic Cybersecurity projects and programs, from strategy definition to execution.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams, coordinating priorities, capabilities, risks, and the quality of deliverables.
- Work with clients and executive stakeholders, identifying needs and new opportunities in Cyber.
- Supervise initiatives in areas such as Cyber Strategy, Security Operations, Cloud Security, IAM, and risk management.
- Lead client relationships and the evolution of Cyber accounts and services.
- Define cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, and transformation programs.
- Manage and develop teams of Cyber professionals.
- Drive proposals and new business opportunities.
- Supervise the execution and results of the projects under their responsibility.
How you'll work
The position is based in Bilbao under a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others in the office where you will be able to create interesting synergies with the rest of your team.
It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.
