The role

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to join our team to lead the design and evolution of high-impact Salesforce solutions, defining scalable, secure architectures aligned with our clients' business objectives. You will be the technical reference in Salesforce-based digital transformation initiatives, ensuring best practices and promoting technological excellence throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Define the functional and technical architecture of Salesforce solutions, guaranteeing their scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business needs.
Lead the design of solutions on Salesforce Cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other clouds in the ecosystem), identifying the best implementation strategy.
Design integration architectures between Salesforce and corporate systems through APIs, middleware platforms (MuleSoft or similar), and cloud services.
Advise clients and stakeholders in the definition of requirements, processes, and technological strategies, acting as a technical reference in decision-making.
Establish standards for architecture, development, integration, security, and governance of the Salesforce platform.
Supervise the technical quality of solutions, performing design reviews and ensuring compliance with best practices and enterprise architecture principles.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary business, product, and technology teams to guarantee the correct execution of projects.
Provide technical leadership to development teams, fostering the adoption of agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
Identify technical risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure the performance, security, and availability of the implemented solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest news in the Salesforce ecosystem and evaluate new capabilities that bring value to our clients.
