Technical Support for DTC Certifications in EESS II

• Technical training, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degrees.
• Knowledge of industrial, electrical, mechanical, and/or petroleum installations.
• Ability to interpret inspection certificates, projects, reports, single-line diagrams, bulletins, plans, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of processes related to regulatory inspections, maintenance, legalization, and commissioning of installations.
• Knowledge of the functioning of Control Bodies (OCA) and the processes of inspection, defect rectification, and file closure.
• Experience in the planning and control of periodic inspections and tests, as well as in the monitoring of work derived from their results.
• Excel: advanced level for processing, analyzing, and monitoring large volumes of information.
• Power BI: creation, maintenance, and analysis of dashboards, indicators, and monitoring models.
• Power Apps: knowledge for the creation or evolution of applications oriented toward the management of operational processes.
• Power Automate: knowledge for the automation of workflows, alerts, approvals, information processing, and integration between applications.
• Automation Anywhere or equivalent RPA tools: experience in the automation of administrative tasks and repetitive processes.
• CMMS / SAP or equivalent systems: experience in asset management, maintenance, notifications, work orders, and monitoring of actions.
• Microsoft 365: advanced handling of Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and collaborative tools.

• Specific knowledge of regulations related to Mobility installations, such as MI-IP04, MI-IP02, REBT and other applicable industrial safety provisions, will be valued.
• Knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to documentary analysis, process automation, information exploitation, and productivity improvement will be valued.

✅ Desirable profile

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, industrial safety, regulatory inspections, engineering, or regulatory compliance.
• Experience in installations linked to service stations, fuel storage and distribution, electrical installations, or other industrial assets.
• Experience in communicating with OCAs, engineering firms, maintainers, installers, and contracting companies.
• Ability to simultaneously manage a high volume of installations, files, expirations, and incidents.
• Methodical, analytical, organized, and closure-oriented profile.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks, prioritize actions, and perform continuous monitoring until resolution.
• Orientation toward data, traceability, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in projects involving digitalization, process automation, and data exploitation.
• Ability to understand an operational process and translate it into a digital solution using Power Platform, RPA, CMMS, or other tools.
• Proactivity to identify manual processes susceptible to being simplified or automated.

We are looking for a profile that combines technical and regulatory judgment, coordination capacity, and a clear digital orientation, moving fluently between regulations, installations, OCAs, maintainers, engineering firms, technical documentation, and information systems.

We will especially value a continuous improvement and automation mindset, capable not only of managing existing processes but also of questioning and evolving them through Power Apps, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Power BI, AI tools, and CMMS systems such as SAP.

The goal is to move toward increasingly integrated, traceable, and automated management, in which it is possible to connect each installation with its regulatory obligations, expirations, inspections, deficiencies, actions, responsible parties, documentation, and status until its closure.
