Requirements

What we're looking for

+2 years of experience in Contact Center projects and conversational channels.
Experience with Amazon Connect (Contact Flows, queues, routing profiles, and platform configuration).
Experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and design of service flows.
Knowledge of Amazon Lex for designing and configuring conversational bots.
Experience designing voice and automated conversation experiences.
Knowledge of AWS Lambda and integration of cloud services and REST APIs.
Work in agile environments with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Professional English (minimum B2).

Nice to have

Experience with Amazon Bedrock and generative AI solutions applied to Contact Center.
Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Salesforce Service Cloud.
AWS certifications.
Knowledge of monitoring with Amazon CloudWatch.
Experience in regulated sectors (healthcare, pharma, etc.).
Proficiency with conversational design tools such as Voiceflow or Figma.

The role

Accenture Song is the Accenture unit that combines creativity, data, technology, and design to create relevant and scalable client experiences.

We are looking for professionals specialized in Amazon Connect to join a team that drives the evolution of Contact Center solutions for a leading healthcare client. You will participate both in the functional definition of new capabilities and in the configuration and development of service flows, conversational automations, and AI-based solutions, working in an agile and collaborative environment.

What you'll do

Analyze business needs and define solutions for Contact Center environments.
Design, configure, and evolve service flows in Amazon Connect.
Develop conversational experiences and voice bots with Amazon Lex.
Implement generative AI use cases using Amazon Bedrock.
Integrate Amazon Connect with Salesforce and other corporate systems via APIs and AWS Lambda.
Perform functional and comprehensive testing to ensure the quality of the solutions.
Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
