Dialogflow Analyst/Developer

We are looking for a Conversational Solutions Analyst/Developer with experience in Google Dialogflow CX/CES to join a team focused on continuous improvement and evolution. You will participate in the development of conversational assistants, integrations with corporate systems, and new features, working in an agile environment alongside architects and multidisciplinary teams.

Main responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain conversational solutions in Google Dialogflow CX/CES.
• Implement integrations using webhooks and REST APIs with platforms such as Salesforce, CRMs, and other corporate systems.
• Develop features prioritized in the backlog, ensuring quality and compliance with team standards.
• Perform testing and technical validation to ensure the proper functioning of the solutions.
• Collaborate on monitoring and traceability of conversational processes using analytics tools.
• Participate in the technical analysis of new initiatives, solution documentation, and the team's agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience developing solutions with Google Dialogflow CX/CES or similar conversational platforms.
• Experience in development and integration using webhooks and REST APIs, with technologies such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially services like Cloud Functions or Cloud Run.
• Ability to write quality code, analyze incidents, and resolve integration issues.
• Experience working with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• B2 level of English or higher.

• Google Cloud certifications (Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional ML Engineer, Data Practitioner, or equivalent).
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics applied to conversational solutions.
• Experience with messaging and event processing technologies such as Redis or Pub/Sub.
• Experience in the insurance, banking, or telecommunications sectors.
• Knowledge of NLU, intent design, and model training in Dialogflow.

Buscamos un/a Analista/Desarrollador de Soluciones Conversacionales con experiencia en Google Dialogflow CX/CES para incorporarse a un equipo de evolución y mejora continua. Participarás en el desarrollo de asistentes conversacionales, integraciones con sistemas corporativos y nuevas funcionalidades, trabajando en un entorno ágil junto a arquitectos y equipos multidisciplinares.

Responsabilidades principales

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones conversacionales en Google Dialogflow CX/CES.
• Implementar integraciones mediante webhooks y APIs REST con plataformas como Salesforce, CRMs y otros sistemas corporativos.
• Desarrollar funcionalidades priorizadas en el backlog, garantizando calidad y cumplimiento de los estándares del equipo.
• Realizar pruebas y validaciones técnicas para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las soluciones.
• Colaborar en la monitorización y trazabilidad de los procesos conversacionales mediante herramientas de analítica.
• Participar en el análisis técnico de nuevas iniciativas, la documentación de soluciones y las ceremonias ágiles del equipo.

Requisitos imprescindibles

• Al menos 2 años de experiencia desarrollando soluciones con Google Dialogflow CX/CES o plataformas conversacionales similares.
• Experiencia en desarrollo e integración mediante webhooks y APIs REST, utilizando tecnologías como Python, Node.js o Java.
• Conocimientos de Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especialmente servicios como Cloud Functions o Cloud Run.
• Capacidad para desarrollar código de calidad, analizar incidencias y resolver problemas de integración.
• Experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles y herramientas como Jira.
• Nivel de inglés B2 o superior.

Se valorará

• Certificaciones Google Cloud (Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional ML Engineer, Data Practitioner o equivalentes).
• Experiencia con Salesforce.
• Conocimientos de Google Analytics aplicados a soluciones conversacionales.

• Experiencia en sectores asegurador, bancario o telecomunicaciones.
• Conocimientos de NLU, diseño de intents y entrenamiento de modelos en Dialogflow.
