We are looking for a Payments Analyst to join our Consulting team in Madrid. You will participate in transformation projects for leading financial entities, collaborating in the definition, analysis, and optimization of payment methods processes and solutions.

• Analyze business processes related to payment methods and participate in transformation initiatives within the banking sector. • Prepare functional documentation, business requirements, use cases, and impact analysis for payment projects. • Collaborate with business, technology, and architecture teams in the definition and implementation of payment solutions.

• Participate in functional testing, requirement validation, and monitoring of deliverables within the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional analysis in projects linked to national and international payments.

• Define functional requirements and translate business needs into specifications for technology teams. • Identify improvement opportunities in operational and business processes related to payment methods.

• Participate in client workshops, proposal preparation, and definition of operating models.

• Ensure the traceability of requirements, risks, dependencies, and project deliverables.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee the correct execution of projects.

The position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model, with some days worked from home and others at the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.
