What you'll do

Act as a point of contact between the technology area and the various business units.
Identify and analyze the technological needs of the business to propose appropriate solutions.
Manage and prioritize technological projects in line with the company's strategic objectives.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the effective implementation of solutions.
Supervise the progress of technological projects and resolve possible incidents.
Foster fluid communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
Ensure compliance with the regulations and standards established in the insurance sector.
Provide strategic support in decision-making related to technology.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Collaborate with commercial, technical, and quality teams to understand and analyze business processes and needs.
Identify opportunities to digitize workflows, improve efficiency, and reinforce data quality.
Work with users from different regions to guide them in their digital transformation process and data-driven orientation.
Collect, document, and validate reporting and dashboard requirements, ensuring they support effective decision-making.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to gather needs and align data and systems initiatives across the company.
Experience in CRM systems (Level 2/3 support) and business applications (experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be especially valued).
Fluent English level
