What we're looking for
- Professional experience in AI Engineering, Generative AI and/or Agentic AI.
- Hands-on experience developing Generative AI solutions on AWS.
- Residency and work permit in Spain
- Ability to design complete technical solutions, from architecture to implementation.

Nice to have
- Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen or Bedrock Agents SDK.

The role
Agentic AI Engineer
We are currently looking to bring on board an Agentic AI Engineer to participate in the development of strategic Agentic AI on AWS solutions, primarily in Financial Services sector projects.
What you'll do
As part of the team, you will participate in the design, development, and evolution of enterprise applications and solutions based on Agentic AI, working together with architecture, technology, and business teams.
- Design and develop end-to-end Agentic AI solutions on AWS.
- Design agent architectures and multi-agent solutions, including Supervisor/Worker patterns.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI or similar technologies.
- Integrate AI solutions with applications, databases, and corporate systems.
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions, including vector, full-text, and knowledge base architectures.
- Work with REST/GraphQL APIs, MCP (Model Context Protocol) and event-driven architectures.
- Implement solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, Aurora PostgreSQL, EventBridge, and SQS/SNS.
- Participate in testing, observability, security, and deployment activities via CI/CD.
- Contribute to the development of reusable Agentic AI assets for different use cases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions.
