About the role

We are looking for an Oracle EPM Manager to join our financial transformation teams in Madrid. The selected candidate will lead initiatives for the implementation and evolution of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions, collaborating with finance and technology areas to optimize planning, consolidation, reporting, and financial analysis processes. Mission

Responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, quality, and budget objectives, as well as alignment between business needs and the implemented solution.

Main responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate project execution, ensuring compliance with established milestones, quality of deliverables, and commitments made to the client.
  • Manage project planning, identifying risks, dependencies, and potential deviations, and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Act as the main point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and ensuring smooth communication among all parties involved.
  • Ensure that client requirements are properly translated into the functional and technical design of the solution, ensuring the adoption of Oracle EPM Cloud best practices and standards.
  • Coordinate functional and technical teams, managing priorities, resource allocation, and tracking progress across the different workstreams.
  • Lead project monitoring and governance committees, preparing status reports and tracking risks, incidents, and action items.
  • Oversee testing, training, change management, and go-live strategies, ensuring proper adoption of the solution by end users.
  • Review and approve project deliverables, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and established quality criteria.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and process optimization within the financial and business planning domain.

  • Experience in international environments and in managing business and technology stakeholders.
  • Oracle EPM Cloud certifications and/or project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum) are valued.
  • Availability and commitment consistent with project needs during the different execution phases.
