EPM Oracle Manager

We are looking for an Oracle EPM Manager to join our financial transformation teams in Madrid. The selected candidate will lead initiatives for the implementation and evolution of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions, collaborating with finance and technology areas to optimize planning, consolidation, reporting, and financial analysis processes. The position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others from the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team. It is essential to reside in Spain and hold a work permit in Spain.

Responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, quality, and budget objectives, as well as alignment between business needs and the implemented solution.

• Direct and coordinate project execution, ensuring compliance with established milestones, quality of deliverables, and commitments made to the client.
• Manage project planning, identifying risks, dependencies, and potential deviations, and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
• Act as the main point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and ensuring smooth communication among all parties involved.
• Ensure that client requirements are properly translated into the functional and technical design of the solution, ensuring the adoption of Oracle EPM Cloud best practices and standards.
• Coordinate functional and technical teams, managing priorities, resource allocation, and tracking progress across the different workstreams.
• Lead project monitoring and governance committees, preparing status reports and tracking risks, incidents, and action items.
• Oversee testing, training, change management, and go-live strategies, ensuring proper adoption of the solution by end users.
• Review and approve project deliverables, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and established quality criteria.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and process optimization within the financial and business planning domain.

• Proven experience leading complex Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders across different organizational levels.

• At least 8 years of professional experience in transformation and implementation projects of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or implementation lead roles in Oracle EPM Cloud projects.
• Demonstrable experience managing projects end to end, including planning, financial tracking, risk management, and coordination of functional and technical teams.
• Experience in international environments and in managing business and technology stakeholders.
• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications and/or project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum) are valued.
• Availability and commitment consistent with project needs during the different execution phases.

Responsable de liderar y coordinar la implantación de soluciones Oracle EPM Cloud, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de alcance, plazo, calidad y presupuesto, así como la alineación entre las necesidades de negocio y la solución implementada.

• Dirigir y coordinar la ejecución del proyecto, asegurando el cumplimiento de los hitos establecidos, la calidad de los entregables y los compromisos adquiridos con el cliente.
• Gestionar la planificación del proyecto, identificando riesgos, dependencias y posibles desviaciones, y proponiendo acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
• Actuar como principal punto de contacto con los stakeholders de negocio y TI, facilitando la toma de decisiones y garantizando una comunicación fluida entre todas las partes involucradas.
• Supervisar que los requisitos del cliente se traduzcan adecuadamente en el diseño funcional y técnico de la solución, asegurando la adopción de las mejores prácticas y estándares de Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Coordinar los equipos funcionales y técnicos, gestionando prioridades, asignación de recursos y seguimiento del avance de las distintas líneas de trabajo.
• Liderar los comités de seguimiento y gobierno del proyecto, elaborando informes de estado y realizando el seguimiento de riesgos, incidencias y acciones.
• Supervisar la estrategia de pruebas, formación, gestión del cambio y puesta en producción, garantizando una correcta adopción de la solución por parte de los usuarios finales.
• Revisar y aprobar los entregables del proyecto, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos de negocio y los criterios de calidad establecidos.
• Identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización de procesos dentro del ámbito financiero y de planificación empresarial.

• Experiencia demostrada liderando proyectos complejos de implantación de Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Capacidad de gestión de equipos multidisciplinares y coordinación de stakeholders de distintos niveles organizativos.

• Al menos 8 años de experiencia profesional en proyectos de transformación e implantación de soluciones Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Al menos 4 años de experiencia desempeñando funciones de Project Manager, Delivery Lead o responsable de implantación en proyectos Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Experiencia demostrable en la gestión de proyectos de principio a fin, incluyendo planificación, seguimiento económico, gestión de riesgos y coordinación de equipos funcionales y técnicos.
• Experiencia en entornos internacionales y en la gestión de stakeholders de negocio y tecnología.
• Certificaciones Oracle EPM Cloud y/o certificaciones de gestión de proyectos (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum) valorables.
• Disponibilidad y dedicación acorde a las necesidades del proyecto durante las distintas fases de ejecución.
