Digital Transformation & Google Workspace Consultant – Banking & Financial Services

What we require

• Experience: At least 2 years in consulting, digital transformation, programming, process improvement, or technology projects.
• C1–C2 English is essential, with the ability to lead meetings, facilitate workshops, and deliver presentations to international clients.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience or practical knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Ability to work directly with clients, energize sessions, and communicate ideas clearly and in a structured manner.
• Knowledge of programming and automation, preferably Python.
• Knowledge of Gemini, especially Gem creation and the use of AI Studio.
• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics, or similar disciplines.

• Valuable experience in process automation using Google Apps Script or other tools.

We are looking to hire a consultant to participate in international digital transformation projects in the financial sector, focused on business process optimization, the adoption of collaborative tools, and productivity improvement.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Prepare, facilitate, and lead workshops
• Analyze how teams use Microsoft  and Google Workspace tools, identifying opportunities to simplify and transform their ways of working.
• Design and deliver workshops on tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and other Google applications to teams across different areas of a Bank, primarily in English.
• Collaborate in the definition and implementation of solutions that allow for task automation, improved collaboration, and the reduction of manual activities using the applications available in Google Workspace.
• Prepare documentation, presentations, and training materials for clients.
• Participate in change management initiatives and the adoption of new digital tools.
