Project Manager Electrical Infrastructure in Data Centers

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in substations and HV lines for data centers. You will work within the Generation and Networks unit.

Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the correct execution of electrical projects, managing planning, monitoring, risks, technical stakeholders and compliance with milestones, with a focus on quality, deadlines and delivery.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage electrical infrastructure projects related to substations and HV lines.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, contractors and external stakeholders.

• Monitor planning, progress, risks, incidents and project deliverables.

• Ensure correct technical coordination during the design, execution, commissioning and energization phases.

• Interact with utilities and organizations related to grid connection and regulatory compliance.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar

• 8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager.

• Knowledge of electrical studies and grid code compliance requirements.

• Languages: Native Spanish and advanced English (C1).

• Organized profile, with coordination, communication and delivery-oriented skills.

• Experience in Data Centers.

• Knowledge of Spanish DSO/TSO regulations

Buscamos un/a Project Manager con experiencia en subestaciones y líneas AT para centro de datos. Trabajaras dentro de la unidad de Generación y Redes.

Responsable de coordinar y asegurar la correcta ejecución de proyectos eléctricos, gestionando planificación, seguimiento, riesgos, stakeholders técnicos y cumplimiento de hitos, con foco en calidad, plazos y entrega.

Responsabilidades principales:

• Gestionar proyectos de infraestructura eléctrica relacionados con subestaciones y líneas AT.

• Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares, proveedores, contratistas y stakeholders externos.

• Realizar seguimiento de planificación, avances, riesgos, incidencias y entregables del proyecto.

• Asegurar la correcta coordinación técnica durante las fases de diseño, ejecución, puesta en marcha y energización.

• Interactuar con utilities y organismos relacionados con conexión a red y cumplimiento normativo.

• Grado en Ingeniería Eléctrica o Similar

• Experiencia 8-10 años como Project Manager.

• Ctos de estudios eléctricos y requisitos de cumplimiento de código de red.

• Idiomas: Español nativo e inglés alto (C1).

• Perfil organizado, con capacidad de coordinación, comunicación y orientación a entrega.

• Experiencia en Data Centers.

• Conocimiento normativas DSO/TSO españolas
