What you'll do

  • Monitor IT platforms using tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, and Grafana, ensuring early detection of incidents
  • Manage logs with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for event analysis and troubleshooting
  • Operate production environments on RHEL 7/8/9, Windows Server, and VMware ESXi (clusters and VMs)
  • Automate alerts and operational tasks through scripting in Python and Bash

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incidents under ITIL frameworks in 24×7 services using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or GLPI
  • Analyze and resolve incidents in virtualized VMware infrastructures, identifying root causes and applying corrective actions
  • Perform operations on Oracle 19c, MySQL, and MariaDB databases focused on diagnosis and support
  • Maintain and improve operational procedures, runbooks, and technical documentation to standardize operations
  • Collaborate in the operation of high-criticality environments, ensuring availability and SLA compliance

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in incident management under ITIL methodology in 24×7 services

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operating Linux systems (RHEL 7/8/9) or Windows Server
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with VMware ESXi environments in operations
