Your Impact on the Project

At Zunder, every role is an essential piece of the engine that drives sustainability. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team with a common goal: ensuring that Europe's most advanced charging network operates with maximum precision and efficiency.

From your position in the IT department, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your work will have a direct impact on our expansion in Spain and our international subsidiaries, helping thousands of people move freely and confidently.

What will you do? (Your Responsibilities)

Supervise the operational status of charging stations in real time.

Detect, analyze, and resolve first-level incidents whenever possible.

Escalate incidents and request assistance from maintenance providers when required.

Maintain smooth communication with the internal maintenance team.

Track and update incident tickets.

Review and control operational follow-ups to ensure proper issue resolution.

Record and document all actions taken.

What are we looking for in you?

Vocational training (Intermediate or Higher Degree) in Systems, Systems Administration, or a related field.

Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.

Strong multitasking skills, with good time management and task prioritization.
