What will your day-to-day duties be? 💻

• Training (Key User): User training on system usage and support in defining new project processes.
• Testing and QA: Execution of functional tests (E2E) and validation of software updates and transportation data.
• Logistics Flow Control: Monitoring of processes (receiving, picking, shipping) to prevent bottlenecks and stock discrepancies.
• Technical and Operational Support: Resolution of incidents in the WMS system and ticket management via ServiceNow.

• You have completed vocational training or a degree in Logistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You are proactive, take the initiative to propose new solutions, and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You have knowledge of warehouse logistics processes.
• English proficiency is a plus.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in functional support of a WMS system (preferably Reflex).
• You have your own vehicle to travel to our facilities.

• Eres proactivo/a, tienes iniciativa a la hora de aportar nuevas soluciones y te gusta trabajar en equipo
• Tienes conocimientos en procesos Logísticos de almacén
• Valorable hablar inglés.
• Valorable conocimientos de SQL.
• Posees al menos 2 años de experiencia en soporte funcional de algún sistema WMS (Preferiblemente Reflex
• Dispones de vehículo propio para desplazarte a nuestras instalaciones.
