The position is aimed at professionals with experience in consulting and business transformation who want to combine business development, client relationships, and leadership of transformation initiatives supported by technology, data, and artificial intelligence.

What you'll do

Identify and develop business opportunities within Mid-Market segment companies.
Build relationships of trust with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and other key stakeholders to detect transformation needs.
Develop consulting and business transformation proposals supported by technology, data, and artificial intelligence.
Lead business transformation projects by coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Collaborate with industry, technology, and business specialists to design value propositions tailored to each client.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete sales cycle from pipeline generation to the closing of opportunities.
Develop new accounts and expand Accenture's presence with clients where a limited or non-existent relationship currently exists.
Coordinate consulting, technology, and operations teams to ensure correct project execution.
Contribute to the growth of a practice in its full construction phase through commercial initiatives and market development.
Actively participate in positioning Accenture within the Mid-Market ecosystem of its industry.
