At Devoteam, we are looking to hire a Mid-Level AI Engineer to participate in Generative Artificial Intelligence projects, collaborating on the development of agent-based solutions, RAG architectures, and AI services within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

You will work with technologies such as Python, Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Microsoft Agent Framework, participating in the implementation of agents, the integration of data sources, and the development of Artificial Intelligence solutions oriented toward real business environments.

We are looking for a person with solid technical knowledge, analytical capacity, autonomy in the development of their tasks, and motivation to continue growing professionally in the field of Generative Artificial Intelligence and software engineering.

You will be part of a team specialized in Generative Artificial Intelligence and cloud technologies, collaborating on the development, integration, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI solutions and agent systems.

• Develop and implement intelligent agents, tools, and workflows using Microsoft Foundry and Microsoft Agent Framework, following the architectures and designs defined by the team.

• Build, configure, and optimize RAG solutions using Azure AI Search, applying chunking, embeddings, and vector and hybrid search techniques.

• Participate in the quality evaluation of AI solutions through question batteries, performance metrics, and regression testing.

• Develop and maintain automated tests, including validations of the responses generated by the models and software quality controls.

• Integrate APIs, services, and different client data sources, ensuring their correct connection with the Artificial Intelligence solutions.

• Collaborate in the deployment of applications and services in Azure environments, following established practices for security, identity management, and permissions.

• Participate in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes, contributing to the automation and improvement of development processes.

• Implement observability mechanisms through traces, metrics, and logs to facilitate monitoring and incident resolution.

• Document the developments carried out and collaborate in the preparation of functional demonstrations of the implemented solutions.

• Integrate into the technical team, collaborating with Senior profiles and Architects and actively participating in the tasks and dynamics of the projects.

The position offers a 100% remote working model from any location in Spain.
