We are looking for professionals with experience in consulting, business transformation, and business development to join our new Product Mid-Market practice in Spain, a strategic initiative aimed at developing and strengthening Accenture's presence in medium-sized companies with up to 500 million euros in turnover, mainly in sectors such as Agrifood, Automotive Suppliers, Retail, Construction & Infrastructure, Pharma, or Life Sciences, among other industries.

This opportunity is aimed at profiles with a strong commercial orientation and the ability to combine consultative selling, client relationship management, and leadership of transformation initiatives, leveraging technology, data, and artificial intelligence to generate business impact.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Mid-Market segment.
• Build trust-based relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and other executive stakeholders, understanding their main challenges and identifying transformation opportunities.
• Manage the sales cycle, from pipeline generation and development to proposal preparation and closing opportunities.
• Develop new accounts and expand Accenture's presence in organizations where the current relationship is limited or non-existent.
• Design consulting and business transformation proposals supported by technology, data, and artificial intelligence.
• Lead transformation initiatives and projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across consulting, technology, and operations.
• Collaborate with industry, business, and technology specialists to build value propositions tailored to each client's needs.
• Actively contribute to developing a practice that is currently in the building phase, driving commercial initiatives, market development, and Accenture's positioning within the Mid-Market ecosystem.
