Technological Transformation and Functional Architecture Consultant – Insurance

Professional with proven experience in consulting oriented towards process analysis and transformation.

• University degree in  Business Administration and Management, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
  At least 3 years of experience in functional technological consulting, systems transformation, or the evolution of enterprise platforms.
  Functional knowledge of insurance sector processes and operations.
  Experience in the analysis and definition of functional requirements for corporate systems and applications.
  Knowledge of transactional core systems, business platforms, and their relationship with operational processes.
  Ability to understand functional architectures, information flows, integrations, and dependencies between applications.
  Experience working with business and technology teams in system implementation, modernization, or evolution initiatives.
  Analytical capacity, transversal vision, results orientation, and communication skills with functional and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in insurance companies in transformation projects, processes, or enterprise architecture.
• Minimum English level B2.

• Experience in insurance core systems transformation projects.
  Knowledge of policy, underwriting, issuance, claims, collections, payments, and insurance operations processes.
  Experience in defining business capability maps, functional architectures, and application models.
  Knowledge of integrations via APIs, services, and service-oriented architectures.
  Experience with document management platforms, self-service portals, BPM, and corporate solutions.
  Participation in technological standardization initiatives, application consolidation, or platform deployment in international environments.
  Knowledge of technological governance, dependency management, and implementation coordination.
  Familiarity with enterprise architecture and technological transformation methodologies
• Certifications in tools and frameworks such as: ARIS BPM, Alfabet (Software AG), TOGAF, Professional BPM Certification

The ideal profile combines functional knowledge of the insurance business with a transversal vision of its technological ecosystem, including core systems,
corporate platforms, data management, integrations, and the evolution of functional architectures.

• Participate in transformation and modernization initiatives of technological platforms in the insurance sector.
• Analyze business needs and define functional requirements associated with the evolution of corporate systems and applications.
• Collaborate in the analysis of functional architectures, identifying capabilities, applications, dependencies, and integrations between systems.
• Participate in evolution, standardization, and rationalization initiatives of technological platforms and solutions.
• Analyze insurance processes and operations to identify the technological capabilities necessary for their support.
• Collaborate in the definition of target functional models, capability maps, and transformation roadmaps.
• Coordinate with business, architecture, development, and integration teams to ensure alignment between functional needs and technological solutions.
• Participate in implementation, evolution, and deployment initiatives of corporate solutions, contributing to the homogenization of processes and capabilities across different organizational units.
• Support the monitoring of technological initiatives, the identification of dependencies, and the resolution of functional needs during their implementation.
