We are looking for a SAP Consumer Goods Consultant with experience in SAP S/4HANA environments, who wants to participate in implementation projects within the consumer goods sector. You will have the opportunity to work on digital transformation programs at leading companies, optimizing end-to-end processes in a highly competitive and business-oriented environment. The position is based at any location in Spain under a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others at the office, where you can build valuable synergies with the rest of your team. Responsibilities:

• Configuration and parametrization of SAP S/4HANA solutions adapted to the Consumer Goods sector (Demand Planning, Order to Cash, Supply Chain).
• Analysis and optimization of sector-specific business processes (customer management, promotions, orders, distribution).
• Participation in end-to-end implementation projects, including functional design, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live support.
• Collaboration with business teams to define requirements and ensure proper adoption of the SAP solution.

Responsibilities:

• Designing functional SAP solutions aligned with Consumer Goods sector processes, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Participating in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring the quality of deliverables and compliance with deadlines.
• Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating the definition of requirements and validations.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (Supply Chain, Commercial, IT) to ensure an end-to-end project vision.
• Preparing functional documentation, user training, and post-production support.

Qualifications: Essential requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP consulting within the Consumer Goods sector.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Experience in at least 1 complete SAP implementation project in the consumer goods sector.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Order to Cash, or Demand Planning processes within SAP.
• Minimum English level C1 in professional conversation.
• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), Computer Engineering, or equivalent qualifications. Alternatively, a minimum of 4 additional years of SAP experience as an equivalent.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in international multi-country projects.

• Diseñar soluciones funcionales SAP alineadas con procesos del sector Consumer Goods, asegurando eficiencia operativa.
• Participar en proyectos de implementación SAP S/4HANA, asegurando la calidad de los entregables y cumplimiento de plazos.
• Actuar como interlocutor entre negocio y equipo técnico, facilitando la definición de requerimientos y validaciones.
• Coordinar con equipos multidisciplinares (Supply Chain, Comercial, IT) para garantizar una visión end-to-end del proyecto.
• Elaborar documentación funcional, formación a usuarios y soporte post-producción.

Cualificaciones:Requisitos imprescindibles:

• Mínimo 6 años de experiencia en consultoría SAP en el sector Consumer Goods.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en proyectos SAP S/4HANA.
• Experiencia en al menos 1 proyecto completo de implementación SAP en el sector de gran consumo.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en procesos de Supply Chain, Order to Cash o Demand Planning dentro de SAP.
• Nivel de inglés mínimo C1 en conversación profesional.
• Grado universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, ADE, Ingeniería Informática o titulaciones equivalentes. Alternativamente, mínimo 4 años adicionales de experiencia en SAP como equivalencia.
