Requirements

What we're looking for

  • A university degree in business administration, business informatics, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Around 5 years of project experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors, with know-how in requirements and test management - ideally in cloud projects.

  • Experience in application support for SAP SuccessFactors, with technical knowledge of implementation procedures and customizing, including interfaces and integration. Experience in Employee Central, Performance Management, or Compensation modules is an advantage.

  • Confident communicating with Business Process Owners, key users, and stakeholders in both formal and informal settings.

  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a knack for delivering both quick wins and long-term solutions.

  • Fluent in English, our business language.

The role

The energy industry is evolving fast, and so are we. Join our Center of Excellence at Axpo Services EMEA as an In-house Consultant, helping shape SAP SuccessFactors solutions that support HR Business Partners across the group.

What you'll do

  • You will be a competent contact and advisor for the specialist departments in all group companies in Switzerland and abroad, across all divisions of Axpo Group.

  • You will be a competent contact and advisor for all topics in the SuccessFactors environment, with a focus on modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and subsequent implementations.

  • With your know-how, you will look after the interfaces between the specialist department and the product manufacturer, including monitoring and troubleshooting.

  • You will be responsible for cooperation and communication with external implementation partners, acting as the link between the business unit, Business Process Champion H2R, and implementation partner.

  • Your responsibilities also include the analysis and elimination of malfunctions in second- and third-level support for SuccessFactors, as well as analyzing business and technical requirements and supporting their technical implementation.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining high quality in daily operations, fulfilling agreed SLAs with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and supervising the data flow between the core HR data system, SuccessFactors, and the consumers of that information - including replication interfaces for personal data into other SAP systems and finance information into SuccessFactors (cost centres).
