We are currently looking for a Technology Delivery Lead at Senior Manager level to lead IT infrastructure services for multinational clients. The selected person will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of services and contracts, ensuring compliance with operational, contractual, and financial commitments, as well as service quality and efficiency.

We are looking for a profile with extensive experience in infrastructure service management, outsourcing, and complex technological environments, capable of leading international teams and maintaining high-level communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure services, monitoring operations, SLAs, contractual commitments, and financial indicators associated with the service.
• Manage infrastructure outsourcing contracts and projects including areas such as Data Center, Network, Security, Middleware, and Workplace, coordinating their evolution and ensuring the fulfillment of established objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary and internationally distributed teams, including teams located in India or similar locations, coordinating capabilities, priorities, planning, and results.
• Develop strategies to improve service efficiency and quality, drive continuous improvement, and identify additional business opportunities through the evolution of contracted services.
• Manage IT infrastructure services for clients, mainly multinationals, ensuring their correct provision in accordance with operational and contractual commitments.
• Supervise the financial monitoring of services and manage contracts with an annual volume of at least 3 million euros.
• Define, negotiate, monitor, and manage SLAs and other contractual commitments associated with service provision.
• Participate in the design and architecture of infrastructure outsourcing solutions in the areas of Data Center, Network, Security, Middleware, and Workplace.
• Lead teams of 50 or more professionals, including internationally distributed structures.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, participating in key decisions related to the evolution of services.
• Monitor the progress of projects and services and define improvement actions in the event of deviations from operational, financial, or contractual objectives.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and service evolution and contribute to growth initiatives through up-selling and cross-selling.

The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona under a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others at the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.
