We want to incorporate an Agricultural Technological Innovation Technician in Cabrera de Mar to identify, evaluate, and validate technologies applicable to agricultural production, through pilot tests and innovation projects, to improve the efficiency, productivity, quality, and processes of the farms, subsequently facilitating their implementation by the Production teams.

- You will identify new technologies and solutions applicable to agricultural production, in accordance with the needs and challenges of the different farms and crops.

- You will analyze the application potential of technologies linked, among other fields, to greenhouses, artificial intelligence, NIR technology, robotics, and other technological solutions applied to the agricultural sector.

- You will design and manage pilot tests and trials to validate the technical viability and applicability of the different solutions under real production conditions.

- You will define the objectives, variables, and indicators necessary to evaluate the results of the tests carried out.

- You will monitor projects and pilot tests, coordinating with farm managers, agricultural technicians, and other involved teams.

- You will ensure the correct collection, documentation, and traceability of the data generated during the tests.

- You will analyze and interpret the results obtained to determine the impact and viability of the different technologies.

- You will prepare technical reports, conclusions, and recommendations that facilitate decision-making regarding the implementation of the evaluated solutions.

- You will accompany the Production teams in the implementation of the validated technologies, facilitating the transfer of the knowledge necessary for their use in production.

- You will collaborate with the Production, Innovation, Quality, and other involved areas teams to identify needs, improvement opportunities, and possible technological applications.

- You will maintain updated knowledge regarding new technologies, solutions, and trends linked to the agricultural sector and assess their possible application within the organization.

- You will develop and maintain relationships with technological providers, knowledge centers, specialized companies, and other external agents linked to agricultural innovation.

- You will participate in transversal innovation projects and in projects linked to public funding programs.
