We are looking for professionals with proven experience in strategic consulting or in Infrastructure environments to join high-complexity, high-impact projects, participating in the definition of corporate strategies, transformation programs, investment plans, and operations optimization for leading organizations in the Industry & Enterprise sectors.

• Lead strategic analyses, market studies, business cases, and transformation plans for Automotive companies.
• Design operating models, growth roadmaps, and transformation programs oriented toward improving business results.
• Develop investment evaluations, profitability analyses, and executive recommendations for steering committees and senior management teams.
• Participate in digitalization, sustainability, and artificial intelligence initiatives applied to business and operational transformation.
• Manage strategic projects from end to end, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and guaranteeing the quality of deliverables.
• Define growth, operational efficiency, and transformation strategies for organizations in the I&E sectors.
• Lead communication with clients, executive stakeholders, and program sponsors.
• Prepare recommendations based on complex quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Contribute to business development through the identification of opportunities, preparation of proposals, and support for sales processes.
• Drive initiatives related to innovation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and new business models.

The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona under a hybrid work model.
