About the role

We are looking for a Data Strategy & Integration professional to act as the link between data and business strategy, with a clear focus on supporting the teams in account management, marketing, and creativity (both within the bank and across its agency ecosystem) in areas such as marketing, CRM, digital channels, and customer experience.
The goal of the role is to ensure that information and insights are truly integrated into the definition of strategies, proposals, and campaigns, increasing the impact of the bank's actions in terms of relevance, effectiveness, and customer experience. This is not a technical execution role, but rather one of orchestration, strategic translation, and data activation across teams.

What you'll do

  • Act as the bridge between the bank's data/analytics teams and the account management, marketing, and creative agency teams, ensuring that insights are integrated from the briefing stage through to results evaluation.
  • Support account teams in the strategic definition of projects and campaigns, providing a data-driven perspective that raises the quality of recommendations to the business.
  • Translate available information (CRM, digital behavior, campaigns, research, social listening, etc.) into clear, actionable strategic inputs for defining creative concepts, value propositions, and activation plans.
  • Define, together with account management/marketing and data/analytics teams, the KPIs and measurement frameworks that enable the real impact of initiatives on the business, brand, and customer relationships to be evaluated.
  • Ensure strategic coherence between data insights and creative decisions, making sure that creativity is grounded in a deep understanding of the customer and the context.
  • Raise the quality of strategic deliverables (presentations, proposals, campaign post-mortems) by incorporating data-driven storytelling for business and management audiences.
  • Identify behavioral patterns, business opportunities, and cultural tensions that can inspire new ideas.
  • Stay up to date with trends in analytics, data-driven marketing, personalization, and artificial intelligence applied to marketing and communications, evaluating their potential impact on the banking business.

What you'll get

Hybrid work model: days in the office combined with remote work days.
Creative and dynamic work environment where you can develop your full talent and grow personally and professionally.
Benefits program and access to ongoing training.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data strategy, strategic planning, consulting, or business intelligence applied to marketing/communications, preferably in banking, agencies, or corporate environments with a focus on brand and customer.
  • Experience working with data from campaigns, CRM, digital analytics, customer research, and social listening, with the ability to turn them into strategic and creative recommendations.
  • Profile oriented toward managing business stakeholders (account management, marketing, communications, branding, CX), with the ability to influence and align across functions.
  • Strategic thinking, customer focus, and creative sensitivity.
  • Communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for strategic workshops.
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English (minimum B2/C1). Knowledge of Italian and/or German will be valued.
  • Experience in regulated sectors (banking, insurance, telecommunications) and in marketing transformation projects will be valued.

What does the role offer?

  • A role with direct impact on how data elevates the strategic and creative quality of the bank's initiatives.
  • Close collaboration with account management, marketing, and creative teams on high-impact projects for the business and brand.
  • A collaborative environment where strategy, creativity, and data are built in an integrated way.
  • A position with real influence on how the bank integrates and activates its data in decision-making.
  • Growth opportunities in data strategy, digital transformation, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Stability, career development, and participation in key initiatives for the evolution of the customer relationship model.
