Supply Chain - Global Trade - Manager / Senior Manager

We are looking for Managers and Senior Managers to join our Strategy & Consulting practice, working on large-scale business transformation projects for national and international clients. We are seeking professionals with experience in strategy, operations, supply chain, international trade, logistics, or process improvement, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex initiatives aimed at delivering business value. Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational transformation projects, from defining the vision to implementing and scaling solutions.
• Design target operating models, growth strategies, efficiency programs, and transformation plans for clients across different industries.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate business and technology stakeholders in both national and international environments.
• Identify improvement opportunities by analyzing processes, data, and performance metrics, driving value capture and the achievement of measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of strategic and business transformation programs.
• Manage relationships with senior and executive-level clients, acting as a trusted advisor on strategic initiatives.
• Develop high-performing teams, promoting excellence in execution and the quality of deliverables.
• Participate in business development activities, proposal development, opportunity identification, and practice growth.
• Drive the adoption of new digital capabilities, advanced analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence to accelerate client transformation.
• Collaborate with global Strategy & Consulting teams to develop innovative solutions tailored to market needs.

Essential requirements

• Professional experience in strategic consulting, business consulting, or business transformation.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in organizational transformation initiatives, operations, supply chain, corporate strategy, or digital transformation.
• Experience in client management and presenting recommendations to senior management levels.
• Knowledge and experience in the use of generative AI and AI tools applied to the workplace are required, in line with Accenture's commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.

Valuable requirements

• Experience in international transformation programs.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Global Trade, Manufacturing, or Customer Operations.
• Experience in operational efficiency initiatives, process optimization, and performance improvement.
• Certifications related to project management, digital transformation, agile methodologies, or cloud technologies.
• Experience in business development, pre-sales, and commercial management.
• Involvement in transformation programs supported by data, advanced analytics, or artificial intelligence.

• Liderar proyectos de transformación estratégica y operativa, desde la definición de la visión hasta la implantación y escalado de soluciones.
• Diseñar modelos operativos objetivo, estrategias de crecimiento, programas de eficiencia y planes de transformación para clientes de diferentes industrias.
• Gestionar equipos multidisciplinares y coordinar stakeholders de negocio y tecnología en entornos nacionales e internacionales.
• Identificar oportunidades de mejora mediante el análisis de procesos, datos y métricas de rendimiento, impulsando la captura de valor y la obtención de resultados medibles.

• Colaborar con equipos globales de Strategy & Consulting para desarrollar soluciones innovadoras adaptadas a las necesidades del mercado.

Requisitos imprescindibles

• Experiencia profesional en consultoría estratégica, consultoría de negocio o transformación empresarial.
• Experiencia liderando equipos y gestionando proyectos complejos con múltiples stakeholders.
• Experiencia en iniciativas de transformación organizativa, operaciones, supply chain, estrategia corporativa o transformación digital.
• Experiencia en la gestión de clientes y presentación de recomendaciones a niveles directivos.
• Se requiere conocimientos y experiencia en el uso de inteligencia artificial generativa y herramientas de IA aplicadas al puesto de trabajo, en línea con la apuesta de Accenture por un uso responsable y efectivo de la IA.
