You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Participate in design and discovery workshops alongside experienced colleagues, helping to capture absence and time tracking requirements and decisions

• Configure Workday absence and time tracking functionality under the guidance of your team lead

• Build, test and document your configuration and carry out unit testing

• Help investigate and resolve defects during testing cycles

• Contribute to the team's solution and grow your absence and time tracking expertise by learning from senior colleagues

Accenture is embedding Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI across how we deliver Workday, and you'll work with it from the start. As a Workday Absence Analyst you will have the opportunity to:

• Use Accenture's GenAI-enabled accelerators to work smarter across configuration, testing and documentation

• Get hands-on with Workday's built-in AI and machine-learning features that support absence and time tracking processes

• Bring AI-driven ideas to your project teams and clients

• Grow your skills as part of a practice that is investing heavily in AI

• Any Workday certification or completed Workday training

• Experience with absence and time tracking processes through study, internship or a first project

• Comfort working with data in Excel or similar tools

• Early-career professional experience, ideally with some exposure to Workday or another HR system

• A keen willingness to learn and to build your Workday absence and time tracking configuration skills

• An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail

• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Fluency in English

• Fluency in Spanish (minimum B1)
