The role

ACCIONA, in its Construction Business line, needs to incorporate an Analytic Engineer in its Madrid offices.

What you'll do

Participate in the construction and evolution of the Data analytical layer, transforming business needs into reliable, scalable, and analysis-ready data models, with a special focus on SQL, dbt, and dimensional modeling.

Functions:

  • Design and develop analytical data models with SQL, dbt, and BigQuery, applying dimensional modeling best practices and correctly defining metrics, relationships, and granularity.

  • Develop and maintain dbt projects, including models, tests, macros, and documentation, following development and collaboration best practices.

  • Collaborate with business areas to translate their needs into technical requirements and data solutions.

  • Prepare models for exploitation in Power BI, in collaboration with BI and business profiles.

  • Work closely with Data Engineers, contributing to the evolution of the data platform.
