Industrialization Internship

Provide support to the Industrialization Department, ensuring the correct management, updating, and control of the Bill of Materials (BOM) in the corporate ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV - Navision), guaranteeing coherence between engineering, purchasing, and production.

Additionally, support document control, industrial asset management, and the proper administration of CAE documentation, contributing to the traceability, order, and efficiency of Silence's industrial processes.

• Creation, updating, and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOM) in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
• Introduction and validation of product structures, components, codes, and versions.
• Coordination with the Engineering, Purchasing, and Production teams to ensure the correct definition of materials.
• Verification of coherence between drawings, technical documentation, and the ERP structure.
• Support in implementing engineering changes affecting the BOM.
• Monitoring of issues related to product structures and materials.
• Management and monitoring of the engineering change control process (Engineering Change Management).
• Updating and archiving of technical documentation, ensuring traceability and versioning.
• Coordination with the different departments to ensure the correct implementation of modifications.
• Control and review of CAE documentation on the internal platform.
• Verification that documentation is complete, updated, and compliant with internal and legal requirements.
• Monitoring of issues and coordination with the relevant responsible parties.
• Registration of machinery as fixed assets in the system.
• Recording and control of equipment location.
• Document management associated with the delivery of machinery to the various departments (Production, Maintenance, Industrial, etc.).
• Filing and validation of as-built delivery documentation.
• Support in asset traceability and internal control.
