What we're looking for

Student in their final year of Business Administration, Communication, or related degrees. Profiles that combine both disciplines will be especially valued.
Interest in project management and planning, internal communication, and the Human Resources field.
Good writing and synthesis skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
C1 level of English.

The role

Within the ACCIONA Internship Program you will be part of a team that will involve you in projects from day one, you will be accompanied by experts who will help you develop your skills and participate in the day to day of a global company.

At ACCIONA, we are looking to hire an intern in the Human Resources Communication area to provide support in the planning and management of projects, as well as in the development of the area's communications and initiatives.

What you'll do

Provide support in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of area projects, organizing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
Maintain dialogue with the different Human Resources teams and coordinate with them to understand the needs of the internal client, gather information, and prepare communications directed at the organization.
Prepare presentations, documents, and content, participating in the writing and reviewing of communications related to Human Resources for different audiences.
Participate in the development of HR Marketing initiatives, contributing to conveying Human Resources projects and messages to the rest of the organization.
Propose ideas and new ways of communicating, preparing drafts and creative proposals, and collaborating with the area manager in their development and implementation.

How you'll work

Possibility of signing an Internship Agreement with the university, while completing the final year of a degree.
Availability to complete a 6-month, full-time internship.
Immediate start.
