ACCIONA, in its Facility Services division, is selecting a scholarship recipient for its Barcelona office.

Do you want to take the leap and become a future Services Manager or Facility Manager? At ACCIONA, we are looking for young talent with a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic and demanding environment. We offer a training project where you will acquire all the skills and knowledge necessary to become a leader of operational teams:

You will rotate through the following departments in our business, learning the key processes, with a view to performing the tasks of a Services/Facility Manager in our operations:

• HR and Labor Relations: delve into absenteeism data, training, and application of labor regulations.
• Occupational Risk Prevention: gain first-hand knowledge of health and safety plans, risk identification, and prevention audits.
• Business Development: support commercial actions with existing clients, analyze opportunities, and propose continuous improvements.
• Bidding Department: collaborate on technical and economic studies, prepare proposals, and understand contracting processes.
• Legal Department: learn about contractual obligations, applicable regulations, and management of incidents related to different services.
• Finance: receive training in budget control, analysis of profit and loss accounts, and participation in monthly closings.

• Final-year student of Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, a Degree in Industrial Design Engineering and Product Development, or the qualifying Master's in Industrial Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office package.
• Advanced English
