What we're looking for

Education in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, Sports Management or similar.
Genuine interest in the ecosystem of influencers, content creators, streamers, social media, new media, and digital culture.
Ability to identify relevant profiles and assess their suitability for a brand, campaign, or audience.
Knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, X, podcasts and new digital formats.
Interest in sports, football, entertainment, and the consumption trends of new generations.
Analytical capacity, curiosity, judgment, organization, creativity, and attention to detail.
Good command of office and digital tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace or similar.

Nice to have

English level.
Familiarity with digital tools, trend analysis, social listening, automation, or applied AI to research, organize information, extract insights, and improve efficiency in reporting and presentation tasks.

The role

At LALIGA we are looking for an intern to join the Ambassadors and Talent area, within the Proactive Communication team, and participate in projects that connect professional football with new audiences, digital culture, and entertainment.

This will be an opportunity to learn how a global brand identifies, analyzes, and activates collaborations with influencers, content creators, streamers, former players, digital talents, and new media profiles.

What you'll do

🔎 Identify and analyze influencers, content creators, streamers, talents, former players, and new media profiles relevant to LALIGA projects.

📲 Monitor digital trends, platforms, formats, communities, and conversations linked to sports, entertainment, and new generations.

🤝 Support the preparation of talent proposals for activations, campaigns, events, partners, and special projects.

📄 Prepare briefings, talent profiles, benchmarks, suitability reports, and presentation materials.

💡 Collaborate in the conceptualization of activations with creators, influencers, and ambassadors.

🧩 Provide support in coordination with talents, representatives, agencies, and internal LALIGA areas.

📊 Participate in the qualitative monitoring of campaigns: learnings, results, generated content, and opportunities for improvement.

🗂️ Update talent databases, references, success stories, and detected opportunities, incorporating digital tools that help work with greater efficiency.

🎬 Provide occasional support in operational or logistical tasks linked to activations, events, and campaigns.
