Acciona, through its Facility Services division, is seeking a Cleaning Services Manager for the Barcelona area.

What you'll do

Your duties will be:

Have detailed knowledge of the contractual obligations that AFS has with the client, according to their level of responsibility, and communicate deviations to their immediate superior.

Prepare the reports agreed upon with the client in a timely and proper manner.

Hold periodic meetings with the client, supported by data and conclusions.

Participate in conducting technical and economic studies based on the volume of the tender.

Ensure the facility has the necessary equipment, machinery, and tools for the proper execution of services.

Supervise compliance with the service KPIs agreed upon with the client.

Create action plans for service deviations and document non-conformities in cases where established limits are exceeded.

Monitor payroll incident management indicators using available tools.

Process requests for hires, terminations, schedule changes, etc. with the SSC (Shared Services Center), ensuring sufficient resources are available to provide services.

Hold periodic follow-up meetings with middle management.

Carry out commercial actions with existing clients with the aim of growing in volume, service types, and/or geographic areas.

Ensure compliance with all safety and health rules and criteria.

Make proposals for continuous improvement that impact the business.

Monitor and manage each client's profit and loss accounts according to the budget and cost breakdown for each, ensuring operational profitability.

Prepare monthly pre-closings and closings.

Candidate requirements

Requirements:

- Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Technical Engineering, or similar.

- 3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience in company/service/facilities management.

- Experience in team management.

- Experience in managing profit and loss accounts.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and solid IT skills.

- Knowledge of labor matters is valued: types of contracts, collective bargaining agreements, etc.

- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication abilities. Organized, accustomed to working under pressure, and with a balanced approach between results and client satisfaction.
