Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree or Higher Level Vocational Training in the field of IT or communications
Demonstrate more than 4 years of experience in ICT service/project management
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Infrastructure and Communications.
Experience in IT infrastructure management
Knowledge of:
Communications network infrastructure
Communications network devices
Deployment of communications infrastructures
Ability to build relationships with clients and key people in the organization
Experience with office tools: Excel, Word
Risk analysis
Autonomy and organization
Level C in Catalan and Level B1 in English

Nice to have

Experience in vendor management
Certifications in the communications field: CCNA, CCST, Fortinet…
Certifications in methodologies: ITIL, Prince 2, PMP, Scrum, Agile
Knowledge of Cloud or Cloud certifications: AZ-900, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Certified
C1 level Catalan certification

The role

Description:

At Krell Consulting, we are looking for a Communications services manager profile

to provide management, coordination, and support services within the scope of IT infrastructure and communications, ensuring the correct execution of projects, service continuity, and alignment with client objectives.

What you'll do

Management within the communications scope: Project management or support, service management, request management, vendor management.

Support service for service operations, managing vendors, SLA compliance, and the quality of service provided by them.

The planned functions for this profile are management tasks within the communications scope which may include:

Project management or support,
Service management
Request management
Vendor management and/or coordination

How you'll work

Remote work: 50% // Location: Barcelona

Office hours: 9-18h
