Reporting to the Area Manager, the Service Manager's mission is to manage assigned contracts in the Seville and Cádiz area, coordinating operations, the work team, and strategic actions with the client, in accordance with management instructions, ensuring the company's objectives regarding growth and profitability.

To carry out the management of services, resolving any incidents that may arise and proposing improvements in execution, to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

To supervise the hiring, management, and training of employees under their charge.

Preparing the annual budget, its revisions throughout the year, and monthly closings, analyzing any variances found and proposing corrective measures.

To supervise and analyze recurring purchases within their management scope to ensure service provision and facilitate control of expenses linked to the contract.

Supervising compliance with internal policies and procedures regarding Occupational Risk Prevention and Quality and Environment.

To collaborate with the technical department in preparing tenders

To foster the relationship with the client to ensure their satisfaction and identify other potential needs, with the aim of growing in service volume and types and/or geographic scope
