We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress with energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for people, capable of conveying the artistic and friendly spirit that defines our hotel. We want to bring on board someone who enjoys creating connections, caring for details, and making every guest feel at home from the very first moment.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Receive and attend to customers, offering close, professional, and personalized service.
• Prepare and organize the dining room and restaurant areas.
• Take orders and serve food and drinks, guaranteeing an excellent experience.
• Advise guests on the gastronomic offering and establishment recommendations.
• Maintain the order, cleanliness, and good presentation of the space.
• Coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure fluid and high-quality service.
• Represent the creative, modern, and welcoming spirit of ibis Styles.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or customer service.
• A dynamic, organized, and proactive person.
• Excellent attitude, social skills, and customer orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and in dynamic environments.
• Interest in offering different experiences that are carefully detailed.

Requirements

Their experience and skills include:

Languages: English and/or French.

• Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality establishments will be valued.
• Experience in customer service and dining room service.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and with a high service pace.
• Valuable experience in international hotels or lifestyle brands.
• Basic knowledge of catering protocols and food and beverage service.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

• Recibir y atender a los clientes ofreciendo un servicio cercano, profesional y personalizado.
• Preparar y organizar las áreas de sala y restaurante.
• Tomar comandas y servir alimentos y bebidas garantizando una excelente experiencia.
• Asesorar a los huéspedes sobre la oferta gastronómica y recomendaciones del establecimiento.
• Mantener el orden, limpieza y buena presentación del espacio.
• Coordinarte con el resto del equipo para asegurar un servicio fluido y de calidad.
• Representar el espíritu creativo, moderno y acogedor de ibis Styles.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Experiencia previa en restauración, hostelería o atención al cliente.
• Persona dinámica, organizada y resolutiva.
• Excelente actitud, habilidades sociales y orientación al cliente.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y en entornos dinámicos.
• Interés por ofrecer experiencias diferentes y cuidadas al detalle.

Requisitos

Su experiencia y habilidades incluyen:

Idiomas : Inglés y/o Francés.

• Se valorará experiencia previa en restaurantes, hoteles o establecimientos de hostelería.
• Experiencia en atención al cliente y servicio en sala.
• Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y con alto ritmo de servicio.
• Valorable experiencia en hoteles internacionales o marcas lifestyle.
• Conocimiento básico de protocolos de restauración y servicio de alimentos y bebidas.
