Sales Production Intern

Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to dive into digital operations and e-tourism production? Do you want to ensure the quality and accuracy of extraordinary travel offers published across international markets? Join our Porduction team to manage sales production, optimize workflows, and bring curated hotel deals to life.

• Create and configure sales offers in internal systems based on negotiated commercial agreements.

• Enter and manage content, including services and conditions, property photos, and other product information.

• Ensure production deadlines are met for publishing offers across various markets.

• Guarantee the accuracy and compliance of offers before publication through detailed quality checks, including price consistency and validation of product information.

• Advise the Sales team on the technical feasibility of negotiated offers.

• Manage daily communication with operational teams to ensure a smooth production workflow.

• Handle last-minute updates and modifications to sales offers.

• Implement necessary corrections and coordinate changes with operational teams, including Content, Customer Service, Sales, IT, and external partners.

• Ensure the quality of offers and brand image by thoroughly reviewing and validating product merchandising before publication, including presentation, overall consistency, pricing, availability, copy, and visual assets.

• Coordinate final validations with partner hoteliers and the Sales team.

• Identify bugs, issues, and inconsistencies in offers, and monitor their resolution with Project and IT teams.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal tools, processes, and cross-departmental collaboration.

• Native French speaker with flawless syntax and spelling. Proficiency in English and/or Spanish is a strong asset!

• Rigorous, accurate, and highly organized with strong priority management and stress resilience.

• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take a step back to analyze processes.

• Versatile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry is a plus!
