Fitness Instructor

To join our team, you don't need to be an Olympic medalist, but we would like to have someone who meets these requirements:

• Experience as a fitness instructor (aerobics, step, aquagym, GAP, cardio, etc.)
• Languages: Spanish and English (B2). French, Portuguese, Dutch… and any other language is a plus
• Education: a degree related to fitness or sports
• You must be of legal age (over 18 years old)
• Must have Spanish nationality, a passport from an EU country, or a valid work permit in Spain
• Minimum availability of 4 months, though the  longer, the better!

In addition to this, you will be the right person if:

• Your character is extroverted
• Shyness is not your thing
• You adapt well to new situations
• You enjoy working in a team

As a fitness animator at Acttiv, you will enjoy the following conditions:

• Accommodation: you may use the accommodation offered by the hotel or seek your own accommodation. If you decide to use it, €178.26 net per month will be deducted from your payroll to pay the expenses

• Permanent seasonal contract of 40 hours per week,
• Working days distributed from Monday to Sunday according to the roster.

We are looking for an all-rounder, someone very active and capable of getting all the guests on their feet under the motto “Who said that holidays and sports are incompatible?” Someone for whom movement and fun go hand in hand. As a fitness animator at Acttiv, your responsibilities will be:

• Organizing guided activities such as aerobics, step, aquagym, GAP, or Zumba.
• Taking part in morning activities in the miniclub or sports competitions.
• Promoting activities—the more people participate, the better!
• Taking care of materials and facilities
• Interacting with guests of all nationalities and ages
• Obtaining positive feedback to improve the establishment's online reputation

For all these activities, you will always have the support of the animation manager and the area coordinator, who will advise and guide you in your tasks. Alongside them, you will ensure that the quality standards of both the hotel and Acttiv are met.
